Bridor is accelerating in the United States with the launch of a new bakery production facility (breads and viennoiseries).

This announcement is part of Bridor’s global expansion strategy in North America, with a strong acceleration in the United States.

With this major €200 million investment, BRIDOR continues its strong global growth and highlights Groupe LE DUFF’s commitment to accelerating its expansion in the industrial bakery sector.

Construction will begin in fall 2024 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. Production will be operational by January 2026.

The project will create 300 jobs, including positions for operators, bakers, engineers, and quality controllers. Through its Training Academy, Bridor will equip new talents with the essential know-how to produce premium artisanal-style products on an industrial scale.
