CSR Commitments

Vision and commitments

For the Group, CSR is a natural extension of its business model, built on quality food, respect for ingredients and customer satisfaction.

Through its industrial and foodservice activities, the Group helps preserve and pass on culinary know-how, relying on the expertise of chefs in the restaurant and in bakery-viennese pastry.

The Group also places people at the heart of its development by nurturing talent, supporting employees in skills development, and favoring a fulfilling work environment.

Committed to the communities where it operates, the Group also supports local employment and agricultural sectors by prioritising sourcing from nearby suppliers and responsible practices.

CSR Commitments

Three commitment pillars

LIMIT OUR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

The environmental impact of the Group’s activities is addressed through concrete commitments aimed at reducing its footprint and preserving resources.

These commitments focus on climate, with a target of -30% in carbon emissions linked to its activities by 2030, as well as managing water consumption and recovering waste

SUPPORT AND DEVELOP OUR TALENTS

People are at the heart of the Group’s development, with a strong commitment to health and safety, diversity, and skills development.

These commitments are reflected in concrete actions to prevent occupational risks, promote equality and inclusion, and support employees throughout their careers.

SHARE THE LOVE OF THE EARTH

Love of the earth guides the Group’s commitments towards more responsible sourcing and support for local agricultural sectors.

These commitments include a target of 100% cage-free eggs by 2026, responsible purchasing practices and more sustainable packaging.
