Groupe LE DUFF is targeting €3.5 billion in revenue across its various businesses: BRIDOR (bakery), GOURMING (prepared meals), its RESTAURANT brands (Brioche Dorée, Del Arte and franchises), and REAL ESTATE.

APPOINTMENTS: Groupe LE DUFF strengthens its governance to support continued growth

To drive this ambition, Louis LE DUFF (Founder and Chairman) and Maryvonne LE DUFF (Group Chief Executive Officer) are strengthening the Group’s governance structure:

He began his career with Groupe Roullier, holding senior management positions internationally (Denmark, Canada, the United States and Uruguay), before being appointed Managing Director of Timac Agro Europe in 2012.

He joined Groupe LE DUFF in 2015 as Bridor’s Managing Director of Sales and Marketing. In 2017, he was appointed Managing Director of Bridor Worldwide. Since then, he has led the company’s rapid international expansion, through both organic growth and acquisitions, with revenue increasing from €750 million in 2021 to €2.5 billion in 2026.

Effective July 1, he is appointed Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer, while remaining responsible for the overall management of Bridor Worldwide.

Arnaud Guillou, 42, a dual French-Canadian national, is a graduate of ESSCA and ESCP Business School (École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris) and holds DECF and CPA qualifications. He spent seven years living in the United States and Canada and has 18 years of experience in finance with PwC, Deloitte and EY.

Arnaud Guillou previously served as Managing Director in charge of Finance and Operational Support Functions at Groupe SAMSIC. He joined Groupe LE DUFF in June 2025 as Managing Director of Finance and led the financial structuring of the acquisition of Panamar Bakery Group, the largest acquisition in Groupe LE DUFF’s history to date.

Effective July 1, he is appointed Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer, with responsibility for the overall management of Holding Worldwide.

BRIDOR’s Strategic Acceleration

This step change in scale is being driven by its subsidiary BRIDOR, whose revenue has increased from €750 million in 2021 to €2.5 billion in 2026.

A global leader in the production of premium frozen bakery products, BRIDOR is investing in the construction of new production facilities and the expansion of existing plants, while also pursuing acquisitions worldwide. From 2021 to 2031, BRIDOR’s global investment plan will total €6 billion.

BRIDOR aims to double its revenue by 2031, supported by major investments and acquisitions across three regions:

  • IN THE AMERICAS: doubling the capacity of BRIDOR’s Montreal plant (2021); and in the United States, acquisition of LECOQ CUISINE (Connecticut, 2022), doubling the capacity of the Vineland plant (New Jersey, 2025), construction of a new plant in Salt Lake City (Utah, 2026), and construction of a new plant in Texas (2028).

  • IN EUROPE: acquisition of PANIDOR (Portugal, 2022); acquisition of PANDRIKS (Netherlands, 2024), followed by investments in the Fulda plant (Frankfurt, Germany, 2024) and Meppel plant (Netherlands, 2025); construction of a new plant in Falaise (France, 2025); construction of a specialty products plant in Switzerland (2025); and acquisition of PANAMAR BAKERY GROUP (Spain, 2026).

  • IN ASIA-PACIFIC: acquisition of LAURENT BAKERY (Australia and New Zealand, 2025); and doubling the capacity of the BRIDOR China plant (2025).
